LOVEHATING YOURSELF
Do unto you what you would do for those you love the most
We are creative in making beautiful gestures of love to those we cherish most. We spend time and energy inventing ways to make them really happy, and we rejoice when they are.
Would we do the same for ourselves? Most often we don’t, at least not with the same passion. It is not selfishness or narcissism but simply a matter of fairness and of seeing beauty, especially in ourselves.
If we are so capable of loving, then we too deserve that same intensity of love.
